All our items carry at least a 1 year guarantee unless otherwise stated.

For orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) delivery to the UK mainland is Free. Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland and Islands, including, Scotish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight etc may incur a charge, please call before ordering.

If you have reason to return an item please contact us first to arrange the return. Our customer service team is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. They can be emailed at customer@digitalshowering.co.uk

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your order or our service please contact us and allow us the opportunity to put things right.

Once you have chosen the digital shower you wish to order, please call us on 0151 608 8011 (lines open 9am - 5pm, Mon - Sat) and we will happily process your order and take payment via credit or debit card.

We prefer to process the order with you over the phone because our experts can then assess if you are buying the correct shower for your water system and water pressure.
