At digitalshowering.co.uk we take the security of your transaction and personal details very seriously. We have employed a number of features and technologies to this site to make it as safe and secure as possible; furthermore as we use external experts to process your payments (Nochex or PayPal) we never see your card details and therefore you can be sure that the security of those details has not been breached.

A number of security features on our site that are designed to re-assure you of the sites safety and security include:

Padlock Sign in browser - When you click on the "checkout" button from the basket page you will notice that your browser address bar displays a locked padlock symbol (this may be in bottom right corner depending on your browser). This indicates that you are now accessing a secure page and that that the personal information you enter (name, address etc) will be securely transmitted to your chosen payment processor (Nochex or Paypal).

Green secure browser bar on checkout and payment details pages - This means that the security of the page has been verified and is secure. Any personal information entered onto it will also be secure. In the case of our checkout pages we use the Romancart system, this is secured by VeriSign and can be verified by clicking on the VeriSign logo at the bottom right of the "checkout" page. The payments processed by Nochex and PayPal will use their own secure methods. Please see below.

IP Address logged - When you checkout your order a log is taken of your IP address, this is a unique number of your internet connection, that in the event of a fraudulent transaction may assist your card company in tracing the perpetrator.

Secure Checkout Payments processed by Nochex or PayPal - We use two secure payment processing methods to take your payment. You choose which one you prefer on the checkout page. You are then securely taken to their secure payment pages to make your payment. For further details see: Nochex or PayPal . Once payment is confirmed you are transferred back to digitalshowering.co.uk and your order is confirmed to us. At no time do digitalshowering.co.uk see or handle your card details.

We do not Pass your details on - Finally you can be assured that we do not pass on your address and telephone details etc to other companies. We simply use your details to fulfil your order. It may be necessary to call you to arrange delivery etc. With your permission (checkbox on checkout page) we will keep your details on file to alert you about new products or special offers etc. You can opt out at any time by emailing us at info@digitalshowering.co.uk
