digitalshowering.co.uk is a trading division of Wetrooms Online Ltd. We have a fully stocked bathroom and wetrooms showroom on the Wirral, UK.
Credit Card Security
Our store uses secure payment processing via Nochex. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. No credit card details are held on our web site.
Back Orders
If the item you order from our website is not in stock, we will notify you either by phone or email, and will give you option to either cancel your order or wait until the goods are back in stock.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our products is paramount. Wetrooms Online offers a 7 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see returns policy).
Shipping and Handling
All orders over the value of £50.00 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK. For all other orders shipping costs will be incurred according to the weight of items purchased. This will be automatically added at the Checkout. Please contact us for more details.
Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. If we are unable to dispatch items within this time, the customer will be notified of the likely delivery date and given the option of proceeding with the order, or cancelling.
For orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) delivery to the UK mainland is Free. Delivery to the Highlands of Scotland and Islands, including, Scotish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight etc may incur a charge, please call before ordering.
Tax Charges
All products sold on digitalshowering.co.uk are inclusive of VAT. All prices shown are in line with the current UK rate.
Privacy Policy
Data collected by digitalshowering.co.uk is used to:
· Take and fulfil customer orders
· Administer and enhance the site and service
· Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
Before returning any goods to us, please contact digitalshowering.co.uk via customer@digitalshowering.co.uk All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
Digitalshowering.co.uk will not pay the carriage for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post, and this cost must be met by the customer.
Digital Showering .co.uk comply with the distant selling regulations, however we reserve the right to deduct a fee (up to 25%) of the original purchase price for items that are returned and that we can not then resell as "new". This can include but is not exclusive to:
- Items returned in damaged / ripped packaging
- Items returned in non original packaging
- Items returned non complete
This charge will not apply to items returned in a an original "new" condition, or items returned because they were damaged in transit to you.
Furthermore, when returning an item it is the senders responsibility to make sure it is correctly packed to prevent damage in transit.
Items damaged in return carriage to Digital Showering .co.uk may result in a reduced refund dependant on condition up to 100%.
Finally no returns are possible for custom made / supplied products, except when damaged in transit from Digital Showering .co.uk to the purchaser.
Refunds
All products carry a 7 day money back policy. This does not apply to bespoke items or items made to your specification.
The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with parts supplied with it.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.
We only refund the price of the item once it has been received by digitalshowering.co.uk.
Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being supplied by digitalshowering.co.uk.
Once the goods have been returned to digitalshowering.co.uk please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued.
Faulty Merchandise
The customer must notify digitalshowering.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of any damages, faults or incomplete fittings. After this period of time, digitalshowering.co.uk cannot accept responsibility.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers’ requirements.
If only part of the item is damaged / faulty digitalshowering.co.uk will send out a replacement for that part. In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced.
digitalshowering.co.uk will pay for return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.
Regarding damaged or faulty goods digitalshowering.co.uk will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, for example, Plumbers fees, loss of earnings etc.
Product
All products conform to British standards. All dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Installation
We will not accept liability for any personal injury due to improper installation or use. We will not be held liable for any plumbers charges that result from incorrect installation.
Warranty
All products carry a minimum 1-year warranty with digitalshowering.co.uk unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the fault. The warranty is void if deemed that the item has been incorrectly fitted or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
